It's likely that it's being brought to the U.S. to replace the Orlando Toyota Avalon, which is being retired after 2022. It's also likely that the new Toyota Crown will be built on the new TNGA-K platform, offer all-wheel drive, and be available in hybrid, plug-in hybrid, or electric drivetrains as Toyota continues to push its green initiative. So far, the 2.4L 4-cylinder hybrid with 200-210 horsepower rumor is holding the most water. See what this all-new Orlando Toyota is bringing to the table This special edition GR Corolla is track-ready with tighter handling, a highly rigid body, and a special high power-to-weight ratio. Here's what we know so far: The MORIZO Edition will offer drivers 300 horsepower and improved torque of 295 lb-ft (upgraded from the 273 lb-ft you'll find on the other models) as well as a retuned engine for enhanced power. This special edition also showcases an exclusive close-ratio intelligent Manual Transmission and shorter differential gears for more exciting acceleration. Almost 100 lbs of weight have been removed from the MORIZO Edition to make it ultra-light and ready to race; curb weight is an estimated 3,186 lbs. The MORIZO Edition will also have the GR-Four All-Wheel-Drive System with the option to select 30/70, 50/50, and 60/40 front-to-rear wheel power settings as well as dual limited-slip differentials. The interior aesthetic also gets an upgrade in this new special edition. Exclusive red and black Ultrasuede and leather trim the sport seats, accented by high bolsters and harness holes and an Ultrasuede wrapped steering wheel with red sightline, shift knob, and parking lever. Toyota's new Cabin Awareness tech uses 4D imaging to save lives Toyota is always at the forefront of safety technology and research, and this particular concern is no exception. They've launched all-new Connected Cabin Awareness tech to detect both people and pets inside the car, and our Orlando Toyota dealership is here to explain this innovative safety feature and how it can benefit you as a driver. Cabin Awareness exists in a lot of new Toyotas right now; it'll remind anyone sitting in a seat to put their seatbelt on once the car is in operation, and it'll also flash a reminder to the driver to check the backseat as soon as the vehicle is turned off. However, this new safety feature is next-level. Here are some of the highlights: Cabin Awareness uses millimeter-wave high-resolution 4D imaging radar to detect people and pets inside the vehicle cabin. It's FINALLY official - the 2023 GR Corolla is coming to Toyota of Orlando. We've been waiting, combing through the endless teasers that Toyota has dropped, and hoping that this day would come... and here it is. We've got the details on exactly what the new GR Corolla will offer when it arrives - keep scrolling! The 2023 GR Corolla will arrive at Toyota of Orlando later this year The 2023 GR Corolla will be available later this year at Toyota of Orlando and will come in two grades: Core and Circuit. Circuit will ONLY be available for purchase in the 2023 launch year. There are three packages available to add on - Performance, Technology, and Cold Weather. There's so much to unpack for the new 2023 GR Corolla that we're going to break it up into sections - let's start with performance. Here are the highlights: This new Orlando Toyota is rally-ready. It has the first sports all-wheel-drive system in 20 years - GR-FOUR - and offers exceptional control and traction with power being sent to each wheel. The system is also simple and lightweight to optimize performance. Changing the performance is as easy as the twist of a dial. Drivers can set their front/rear torque distribution to 60:40 for everyday driving, 30:70 for a sportier experience or winding roads, and 50:50 for maximum stability at high speeds (like on a track). The Orlando GR Corolla also has front and rear Torsen Limited-Slip Differentials for enhanced cornering and grip, as well as control of left AND right-hand drive torque distribution on the front and rear axles. Remember the GR Yaris and how mad everyone (we) was that it wasn't coming to the US? The 2023 GR Corolla will offer the same turbocharged G16E-GTS powerplant under the hood... but it's been boosted.
