The Toyota Sienna Camper Van: Would you drive it?

The Toyota Sienna is renowned in the automotive industry for being sleek, efficient, and as family-friendly as it can possibly get. It's also incredibly versatile; this spacious minivan has a comfortable interior decked out with features like reclining rear seats, captain's chair options, seats that fold flat and stow away, and dual power sliding doors to access it all. However, a company that specializes has taken this Orlando Toyota to an all-new level in terms of versatility. Hit the highway in a new Toyota Sienna minivan Camper vans are a great way to explore the country without having to navigate a large, cumbersome RV down the highway. However, even camper vans can be bigger than what you're used to and also use more fuel than you'd like. Oasis Campervans, a company that specializes in converting minivans into camper vans, recently undertook the challenge to make the Orlando Toyota Sienna even more adaptable by converting it into a camper van capable of taking on the open road comfortably. Check out the details below! First things first - let's talk about the sleeping arrangements because no one likes sleeping crumpled up in the backseat. This camper van actually offers a double memory foam mattress that lies on top of the dining/living area when it's opened up and put to use. Talk about an upgrade. To keep things comfortable when you're not sleeping, the double bed easily folds up and converts into a seating space; you can relax or use it to eat at a special pop-up swiveling table designed for that very purpose. The interior is also decked out with three storage cabinets and one storage drawer, as well as easy-t0-clean laminate flooring that's also pleasant to look at. Marine canvas curtains to block out the light and let you get a good night's sleep round out the cabin. Now let's talk about storage. You're probably thinking that there can't possibly be much room for gear with everything this special Toyota Sienna already has going on inside. Think again. We already know that this Orlando Toyota has a spacious cargo area (39.1 cubic feet of space even with all seats up and occupied), but Oasis took it to another level by installing more storage cabinets, as well as a stainless steel sink. There's enough storage for 1.5 gallons of fresh water, a refrigerator or cooler, a space for a two-burner stove, and even a countertop to work on. And it all fits neatly into the cargo hatch! And the best news? It costs under $10k to convert your minivan (a lot cheaper than purchasing a camper van or RV for your travels) and additionally, it's REVERSIBLE. If you decide the nomad life isn't for you, you can restore your Toyota Sienna back to its original design. Test drive this Orlando Toyota today Ready to hit the road? The first step is to get behind the wheel of a 2020 Toyota Sienna. Shop them all at Toyota of Orlando today! We're open and waiting at 3575 Vineland Road, just off I-4 near the Millenia Mall.

new Toyota in Orlando FL

Toyota news for the week of June 1

Welcome to June (and here's to a better month than May, right?)! Toyota of Orlando is here to give you the latest and greatest news in the automotive world with a roundup of Toyota headlines and the details surrounding them. From new GR models to upcoming hybrids, we've got all the info you need. Read on! The latest new Toyota news updates bring updated AND new models to market The once-retired Toyota Venza will be making its way back onto the market for 2021! Toyota is reviving this sleek crossover in a hybrid model, offering yet another go-green solution for drivers who want something a little bit more sophisticated than a hatchback. A brand-new Toyota GR86 may be hitting the streets in the summer of 2021, offering yet another Gazoo Racing option to the world. Similarly to the GR Supra, this new Toyota 86 will have a new platform, Gazoo Racing branding and badging, and will have a Subaru twin. Additionally, it supposedly will offer 255 horsepower (which is 50 more hp than the current model) and offer a turbocharger for extra get-up-and-go. The new generation of the Orlando Toyota Tundra is coming, and with it bringing some pretty big updates. One notable change is a brand-new twin-turbo V6 hybrid engine option to replace the current V8 engine under the hood, as well as a new chassis built on the TNGA-F platform. The Orlando Toyota Land Cruiser may be stepping back from the world of luxury in its upcoming iterations. Rumor has it Toyota will be stripping the plush SUV of its creature comforts (within reason, of course) and streamlining it so it reverts back to more of an off-road focus. Remember, the original Toyota Land Cruiser was built for tough terrain and had none of the luxury features it showcases today. The new Toyota 4Runner and Toyota Sequoia will be part of all-new generations come 2022 - according to rumors, both will be based on the new Toyota Tundra headed our way. The swagger wagon (new Toyota Sienna, as most people refer to it) is getting an upgrade AND going greener for the next model that's likely to be at Toyota of Orlando this fall. Not only will it be redesigned, but it'll also offer new technology AND be a hybrid model only. We've seen the much-loved Toyota Corolla as both a sedan and a hatchback, but if speculation is right, a new Toyota Corolla crossover could be headed our way. It would get here in the latter half of 2021, and we think this rumor might go hand-in-hand with the rumor of a new Toyota Corolla wagon. Supposedly, Toyota recently patented the name "Toyota BZ" and people think it COULD be the name that will be used for the Toyota Corolla Touring, a wagon that currently exists in other countries. We're leaning toward a crossover, but we'll keep you posted! Shop for your new Toyota today We've got lots of options coming our way, but we've also got lots of options on our lot at Toyota of Orlando! See them all in person at 3575 Vineland Road, just off I-4 near the Millenia Mall. You can also call us to learn more about our specials and inventory at (407) 298-4500.

Two new Toyota hybrids coming to the lineup

Going green is pretty easy nowadays. There are plenty of eco-friendly solutions for almost every problem, especially when it comes to driving. There are tons of hybrid car options on the market, including right here at Toyota of Orlando. However, the lineup is about to be expanded - two new Toyota hybrids are about to be unveiled on May 18th. Toyota hasn't said much in regards to what these brand-new models will have to offer, but there ARE a few theories floating around the internet. Three possible new Toyota hybrids that could be headed our way The first rumor is that the 2021 Toyota Sienna will be available in a hybrid drivetrain. This family-friendly Orlando Toyota is already the epitome of comfort and convenience when it comes to your drive time - it offers the best safety and entertainment technology for you and your passengers and additionally tacks on features like dual power sliding doors, a spacious interior that's easily rearranged, and a super sleek and stylish exterior that breaks the "soccer mom" mold. We'd love to see this Toyota hybrid hit the market and offer an even greener option for your day-to-day commute. The second rumor that's floating around involves the once-loved Toyota Venza. This popular crossover was retired in 2013 but there are whispers that it's about to be revived as a Toyota hybrid and put back on the market. Judging from its prior models, this new Toyota would be spacious but compact (like the Orlando Toyota RAV4) and offer plenty of entertainment and convenience technology. It would also offer a comfortable interior with luxury accents and a sporty, stylish exterior. And the fuel efficiency would definitely be boosted thanks to the new hybrid drivetrain. This Toyota hybrid would likely drop in 2022. The third and final rumor that's making its way around the internet is that the popular Orlando Toyota Tundra will be getting a hybrid drivetrain option for drivers who need a truck with power and durability but also want to save on fuel and make their commute a bit greener. 2021 could bring a new electrified twin-turbo 3.5L V6 into the picture, which would offer upwards of 350 horsepower for some pretty impressive power. New special edition Orlando Toyota Prius coming soon Additionally, a new special edition Toyota Prius will be introduced in the next few weeks. The 2021 Toyota Prius 2020 Edition will celebrate 20 years of this hybrid vehicle in the US and the innovation that it's brought to the market. Only 2,020 models will be made, so it's a limited edition and will offer a unique exterior (available in Wind Chill Pearl or Supersonic Red with tons of blacked-out accents) and updated driver assistance technology. Regardless, we're thrilled to see two new Toyota hybrids headed our way. These versatile vehicles always come decked out with top technology both under the hood and inside the cabin and are an easy way to make your time on the road a lot greener. They also save money thanks to their fuel efficiency, so your fuel stops will be few and far between. We'll keep you posted on what's to come, but you can also explore all of our existing Orlando Toyota hybrid options today! Shop online or call for an appointment at (407) 298-4500.

Toyota introduces new compact SUV in Europe

Toyota is renowned globally for having a wide variety of drive time options. We make trucks, sedans, SUVs, hybrids, minivans, hatchbacks, coupes, sports cars, and more, giving our drivers a vast array of choices when it comes to finding the perfect new car. And one more is being added to the lineup - it was just announced that an all-new Toyota SUV is hitting the market in Europe, and Toyota of Orlando has the details. Meet the 2022 Toyota Yaris Cross Get ready to meet the new 2022 Toyota Yaris Cross... if you live in Europe, that is. This compact SUV won't be available stateside, but it's still a pretty cool vehicle that we'd like to get behind the wheel of. Here are some of the details we've gathered so far! This new Toyota crossover was supposed to be unveiled to the public at the Geneva Motor Show back in the beginning of March, but that show was postponed due to COVID-19. Toyota decided to reveal the Toyota Yaris Cross on their website last week instead to give consumers a sneak preview. The 2022 Toyota Yaris Cross will have the same wheelbase as the Toyota Yaris, but is more spacious thanks to a taller height, more interior space, and longer overhangs. This new Toyota also showcases the new TNGA platform. Should you choose to get behind the wheel, this Toyota SUV will also offer a hybrid engine option, as well as either front-wheel or all-wheel drive. It'll have a 1.5L 3-cylinder engine under the hood and drivers will be able to choose between a 6-speed manual or CVT transmission. In terms of looks, this new Toyota reminds us of the Orlando Toyota C-HR. The original Toyota Yaris is sporty, compact, and fun, but this Toyota SUV showcases a sleeker and more sophisticated look. It's more angular and aggressive, packing features like a 2-color paint scheme, edgy new headlights, brand-new taillights, and black wheel arch surrounds. The interior is more spacious than the Orlando Toyota Yaris, but has a similar feel in terms of design. It also offers touchscreen audio and will have both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto to keep you connected at all times. While we won't be seeing the 2022 Toyota Yaris Cross at Toyota of Orlando anytime soon, it's been announced that the SUV will be up for grabs in Japan this fall (2020) while Europe will see it sometime in the middle of 2021. Test drive the 2020 Toyota C-HR today at Toyota of Orlando We're bummed we won't see the 2022 Toyota Yaris Cross arriving at our Orlando Toyota dealership anytime soon, but then we remembered - we have the Toyota C-HR. It's our sleek, stylish, and one-of-a-kind compact SUV, and you can get behind the wheel of it today! Just give us a call to set up a test drive. New all-wheel-drive Toyotas are coming soon

When most people hear the words "all-wheel-drive", they tend to think of SUVs and trucks. This special performance capability isn't found on every vehicle, and it's a lot less frequent in the world of sedans than it is in the world of SUVs, trucks, crossovers, and minivans. However, that's about to change - two new all-wheel-drive models are coming to Toyota of Orlando, offering a sleek and sophisticated way to hit the road no matter the weather. So, which Orlando Toyotas will offer this new versatility? The Toyota Camry and Toyota Avalon. The Toyota Camry used to have all-wheel-drive but hasn't offered the feature since 1991, while the Toyota Avalon has never offered it. However, as of 2020, you'll be able to take both of these polished sedans home with a little bit of extra performance capability. Toyota's Dynamic Torque Control AWD System will be found on both cars - on the LE, XLE, SE, and XSE grades of the Toyota Camry, and on the XLE and Limited grades of the Toyota Avalon. Additionally, both of these Orlando Toyotas will offer a high-efficiency 2.5L 4-cylinder engine under the hood that's paired with an 8-speed Direct-Shift automatic transmission and even dual exhaust on some of the models. When combined with the new all-wheel drive capabilities, it's easy to see these new Toyotas will offer a seamless blend of performance, efficiency, and safety. All-wheel drive is becoming more and more popular across the board - but why? Here's a quick breakdown of the benefits that this special drive time feature has to offer: Better traction is, without a doubt, the top benefit when it comes to AWD vehicles. Orlando Toyotas that have this feature offer superior traction, especially in slick conditions like rain, snow, sleet, or ice. Why? Because in an AWD car, all four wheels are moving the car forward. If one or even two of them loses traction, you still have movement, traction, and control via the other two. Better acceleration in another benefit. Four wheels powering the car gives you more get-up-and-go than two wheels powering the car, period. Better steering is a perk - the front wheels are typically used for steering rather than powering the car forward (like in a front-wheel-drive car) so you get more control. Better weight distributio n is a benefit... we'll explain. Basically, in a front-wheel-drive car the engine is in the front, which makes the car heavier up front. All-wheel-drive vehicles have additional parts in the rear to ensure all four wheels are doing their part, so there's a better weight distribution and in turn, better handling. All in all, you'll be safer and find improved performance AND handling on your side when you choose a vehicle with this feature. That's why we're so excited to see if offered on the Toyota Camry and Toyota Avalon. These two classic Toyotas already excel in the areas of performance and safety, so we can't wait to see how they handle with this added feature. Ready to get your hands on one? Call Toyota of Orlando today - we're open and waiting at (407) 298-4500. You can also start your shopping online at our website and complete over 95% of the process without even leaving home. Toyota 86 Black Limited model coming to a dealer near you

Do you remember the Toyota AE86? This super-sporty coupe was a popular option for sports car drivers back in its hey-day - primarily, in the 1980s. This front-engine, rear-wheel-drive Toyota reigned supreme from 1983-1987 and was an excellent option for anyone who wanted to hit the track or event just put the pedal to the metal. These Toyotas were light, easy to modify, and inexpensive to purchase. This made them exceptionally popular and many drivers were sad to see them retire. However, their retirement from the market did have one high note; a special edition AE86 Black Limited model was released in limited supply. New Toyota 86 Black Limited model ups the ante for performance and style This special edition model of the Toyota AE86 was all about looks. It was based on the GT-Apex trim and showcased gold wheels (they looked better than they sound, we promise), a black exterior, and a special exterior pinstripe that set it apart from run-of-the-mill models. Only 400 models were put into production, making it a truly limited-edition option. We loved the Toyota AE86, but we're even more excited about some up-and-coming news - the Orlando Toyota 86, which is heavily based on the original Toyota AE86, will offer an 86 Black Limited model this year! Here's the scoop on this special edition: Only 86 models of the Toyota 86 Black Limited will be put into production, making it even more limited-edition than its predecessor. This model was originally introduced as a concept car at the 2020 Tokyo Auto Salon back in January of this year, but it was pretty much eclipsed by the news of the Toyota GR Yaris. Luckily, Toyota decided to put it into production. It will showcase 17" bronze wheels, a bronze pinstripe reminiscent of the model it draws inspiration from, and a trunk lid spoiler. The interior will boast perforated front seats trimmed in leather and Alcantara, a dash decked out in suede-like materials and an overall black color scheme with sleek bronze accents. 5 New 2020 Toyota Nightshade editions coming to a dealer near you

Every year, our Orlando Toyota dealership looks forward to the innovative rides headed to our lot... but we get especially excited about the special editions that will be up for grabs for a limited time. 2020 is no exception - at least five new Nightshade Editions will be making their way to Toyota of Orlando at some point this year and we've got the scoop on what each will have to offer. Which new Nightshade Edition will you drive home? To start, however, let's talk about what Nightshade Editions are. Basically, these special edition models are blacked-out to create a sleek, edgy, and unique look that you just won't find on any other vehicle. Here are the details. 2020 Toyota 4Runner The Nightshade Edition of this versatile SUV will offer the same off-road-ready performance, but will also showcase highlights like 20" black alloy wheels, black bumpers with black chrome accents, black badging, black interior trim (including the steering wheel, shift knob, and more) and black exterior accents. This means blacked-out bumper spoilers, rocker panels, window moldings, exhaust, and roof rails. 2020 Toyota Corolla Hatchback As if the 2020 Toyota Corolla Hatchback wasn't cool enough to begin with, the Nightshade Edition of this sporty ride will feature 18" black alloy wheels, a single exhaust with black diffusers and surround, black badging, and black exterior accents like a lower grille surround, side rocker panels, a shark-fin antenna, door handles, and rear spoiler. 2020 Toyota Sienna The Swagger Wagon is about to get even slicker with this new limited-edition model. This Orlando Toyota minivan will boast 18" or 19" black alloy wheels, a black sport mesh front grille, black badging and Toyota emblems, a black rear spoiler with LED stoplight, and black exterior accents. These include black fog light bezels, door handles, shark-fin antenna, mirror caps, and more. 2020 Toyota Corolla The 2020 Toyota Corolla is already sporty and compact, but this new special edition model adds an element of aggressive style to make it even cooler. It offers 18" black alloy wheels and a new sporty mesh black front grille and black bumper, as well as black Toyota emblems and badging. You'll also find black door handles, mirror caps, and a black shark-fin antenna. 2020 Toyota Camry Classically cool, the Orlando Toyota Camry is getting a dose of edginess in this new Nightshade Edition. It showcases blacked-out badging and Toyota emblems, as well as 18" black alloy wheels. You'll also love the black exterior accents like rear spoiler, window trim, door handles, shark-din antenna, and mirror caps for a sleek, dark look.
