#1: How long will my auto service take to be complete?
This one is a toss-up, honestly. Your auto service technician can give you an estimate once you’ve arrived and they’ve determined which auto service you need. Each car care appointment is different and needs a different amount of time to be completed. Not to mention, issues come up from time to time that can extend the process. Here’s the good news – our techs will keep you updated via text on the progress of your appointment, and we have a comfortable waiting area with wifi and coffee where you can set up while you wait.
#2: How much will my auto service cost?
Again, there’s no set answer – all car maintenance appointments have different costs. Even an oil change can vary based on the type of oil you’re using, how much you’re using, etc. The good news is our auto service techs can provide you with an estimate before they even begin the work. That allows you to decide whether or not you want to proceed. #3: What’s included in my service at different mileages?
It depends on the mileage! For example, at 5,000 miles you’re due for an oil change and a tire rotation. At 15,000 miles, you’ll need both of the aforementioned services plus a new air filter. We do. If you’re just here for an auto service appointment, we have a shuttle van that can take you anywhere you need to go within a five-mile radius. (And we’re also located next to the Millenia Mall, the Outlets, and a ton of restaurants and coffee shops.) If your car is going to be in the shop for a while, we conveniently have a rental car office onsite that you can utilize to get a set of wheels for the interim.
